Gear Units
Selection of gear units based on the coefficient of exploitation regime
This methodology applies to gear units with and without motors. Our gear units are calculated on coefficient f=1, which means:
- middle shock
- daily operation 12 hours
- up to 30 starts in a minute

Examples of typical use:
- Fans, rotary pumps, mixers for liquids with low density, lightweight conveyors, elevators, machines for filling bottles, small screw conveyors.
- Mine fans, gear pumps, equipment for crushing, winches, heavy elevators, freight elevators, presses for briquettes.
- Piston pumps, grinders, presses, rolling mills, mills, etc.
Size of the gear unit is selected according the factors of exploitation regime, under the following conditions:
Mreal < Msafe
Mreal = 9550 N/n2 * f[Nm] – real torque
Msafe [Nm] – safe torque with diagram of a table
